Awake in one of Marrero's twelve uniquely designed guest rooms, each echoing the eclectic spirit of Key West Island living. Savor the complimentary continental breakfast on the front porch amidst palm trees. Breakfast is served fresh every morning in our vibrant Parlor. The aroma of Cuban coffee, and assorted freshly baked goods are the perfect fuel for your day ahead.

Take a moment and ask our innkeepers about the rich history of Marrero's Guest Mansion. Built in 1890-1891 by Francisco Marrero, a prominent local cigar maker, this mansion-turned-boutique hotel is steeped in stories.

Midday

When you are ready to explore, walk one block to find Duval Street, the pulsating heart of Key West. Ask our innkeepers how to rent a bike and travel like a local.

We recommend that you stop at the enchanting Key West Butterfly Conservatory. Its serene environment, filled with countless butterflies and exotic birds, is truly a sight to behold. For lunch, ride over to Blue Heaven, renowned for its Caribbean-inspired dishes. Don't miss out on their Lobster Benedict and Key Lime Pie!

Key West is an aquatic paradise, offering numerous water activities. Dive into the clear blue waters for some awesome snorkeling or scuba diving, or try parasailing. If you prefer a land-based experience, visit Fort Zachary Taylor. Offering stunning views and a beautiful beach, it's the perfect spot to soak up the sun.

After your adventures, retreat to Marrero's and take a refreshing dip in our saltwater pool. Relax, unwind in our courtyard paradise, and let the island vibes wash over you.

Evening

When the sun starts to mellow, it's time for Marrero's daily Happy Hour at our vintage Tiki Bar. Sip on a beverage of your choosing, sample some light bar snacks, and bask in the laid-back atmosphere.

Night

As night falls, head over to Latitudes on Sunset Key for a delectable dinner. This boat-access-only restaurant offers exquisite food paired with breathtaking sunset views. Reservations are required to catch a a ferry ride to the island. After dinner, make your way to the bustling Old Town's Duval Street and dive into the nightlife of Key West at one of the many bars. Green Parrot and Sloppy Joe's, Ernest Hemingway's favorited spot during his time on the island, are two staples of the local scene.

Finally, retreat to Marrero's. Take a moonlit dip at the pool that is open 24 hours a day, before sinking into your plush pillow-top hybrid mattress, connect your favorite tunes to the Tivoli Bluetooth stereo speakers, and drift off to sleep dreaming of another perfect day in Key West.
